Alumni Engagement Reporting This form should be used to report university partners alumni engagement for inclusion in Ohio University's annual CASE Alumni Engagement Score. Reporting should follow the fiscal year (July - June) and be categorized as Volunteer, Experiential, or Communication engagement. Please submit using excel documentation only. OUAA Financial Support Application

University partners (faculty, staff, and students) are asked to complete this form to request financial sponsorship for activities within their departments, colleges, and regional campuses. Financial Support Criteria: The event and/or initiative must have alumni as a PRIMARY audience, and the purpose of the event must be geared toward alumni or in support of alumni activities.

Policy 37.001: Fund Raising from Private Sources

All efforts to secure philanthropic gifts from the private sector are to be coordinated through the Development Office, housed within the Division of University Advancement, in order to meet the following goals:

  1. insure maximum efficiency and productivity;
  2. establish funding priorities;
  3. serve as a central clearinghouse or depository for resource materials and records; and
  4. coordinate efforts in order to avoid any potential conflicts of interest or cross-purpose solicitation of donors.
